On Saturday, a video depicting a nuclear attack on the U.S. was posted to North Korea’s website, Uriminzokkiri, the country’s official site for news and propaganda.
The video comes just days before North Korea is set to conduct a nuclear test.
The video shows what appears to be a man’s dreams of a nuclear bomb hitting what many believe is intended to be New York City.
“Somewhere in the United States, black clouds of smoke are billowing,” the video reads.
“It seems that the nest of wickedness is ablaze with the fire started by itself,” it added.
The video ends with the young man concluding that his dream will “surely come true”.
“Despite all kinds of attempts by imperialists to isolate and crush us… never will anyone be able to stop the people marching toward a final victory,” it said.
