Notorious Putnam Road Bridge Causes Headache For Drivers

Published:

bridgeDo you ever roll through Putnam, Ontario, Canada?

One of our readers sent in a tip about a notorious bridge on Putnam Road which is just North of Putnam, Ontario, Canada.

He mentioned that drivers would recognize this area due to the well-known tough nature of the Putnam MTO scales at the same exit on Highway 401.

Although the bridge is well-marked with lights and warning signs for over a mile, our reader’s heavy tow and recovery company responds to calls involving trucks stuck in this bridge at least once each week.

– It seems to constantly take drivers by surprise! Have you had experience with this particular bridge?
