Southbound I-95 at mile marker 156 in Virginia near Dale City was closed partially yesterday due to a crash involving an overturned load containing caulking (as well as other industrial adhesives).
The truck tipped and landed on a Jersey barrier which actually ruptured the trailer which caused a spill (which was originally reported as coffee), but was later found to be adhesive material.
The driver was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. Lanes were cleaned up and reopened by 3:50PM.
