Last Thursday, the Utah Highway Patrol conducted a commercial vehicle inspection blitz.
Park City, Utah local authorities aided he highway patrol in the inspection.
In total, 21 trucks were inspected. Seven were taken OOS, while 8 passed with no critical violations.
According to The Park Record, “The inspections yielded 19 violations that were classified as immediate hazards, or those that forced a vehicle out of service. Seventy-three violations were discovered that did not require a vehicle to be removed from service.”
In addition, 6 tickets were issued for overweight vehicles.
