Tuna salad is a fast, delicious meal that’s packed with protein. The good new is that it doesn’t have to be bad for you to be delicious. This is our family’s favorite tuna salad recipe:
2 Cans of tuna in water (drained)
1/2 Cup light Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. of mustard
2 Hardboiled eggs
1.5 Tsp. relish
Optional add ons: cheese, avocado
Drain water from tuna. Boil and dice eggs. Mix all ingredients together.
Toast bread and apply 2 tablespoons of tuna to 1 slice of toasted bread and place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. (Add cheese)
Garnish with tomato and lettuce.
