A South Dakota couple has been awarded $8 million dollars by a federal jury.
The couple, Alexsandr and Lyudmila Durnyak, sued Prime and one of its drivers after the couple sustained serious in injuries in a 2009 crash with a Prime truck on westbound Interstate 80.
According to the Wyoming Star Tribune, the couple was injured when a Prime truck driver pulled in front of them.
Alexsandr sustained serious injuries including, impaired vision, brain injuries and broken bones.
