According to WATE, two more Pilot Flying J employees were in federal court this morning to face charges for their role in the Pilot Flying J rebate scheme.
Senior Account Manager Janet Welch pleased guilty to conspiracy to commit a federal criminal offense. Â WATE reported that Welch admitted in court to conspiring with other employees to commit mail fraud. Â Welch is accused of shorting up to 50 customers out of nearly $1 million.
Michael Scott Fenwick, western regional sales manager, was also in court this morning and faced similar charges.
The two join five other Pilot Flying J employees who have pleaded guilty to their roles in the rebate scheme.
