Two More Pilot Flying J Employees Go Before A Judge

According to WATE, two more Pilot Flying J employees were in federal court this morning to face charges for their role in the Pilot Flying J rebate scheme.

Senior Account Manager Janet Welch pleased guilty to conspiracy to commit a federal criminal offense.   WATE reported that Welch admitted in court to conspiring with other employees to commit mail fraud.  Welch is accused of shorting up to 50 customers out of nearly $1 million.

Michael Scott Fenwick, western regional sales manager, was also in court this morning and faced similar charges.

The two join five other Pilot Flying J employees who have pleaded guilty to their roles in the rebate scheme.
