Twenty-four-year-old truck driver Jesus Garcia is lucky to be alive after narrowly avoiding being struck by a train.
On Wednesday, Garcia was crossing train tracks outside of West Odessa, Texas, when Garcia says he was forced to stop on the tracks to yield to other drivers.
Garcia saw the train coming and knew that he couldn’t get across the tracks in time, jumped from the truck and ran to safety.
Moments later, the train barreled into the truck and pushed it half a mile down the tracks.
Amazingly, no one was injured.
