This video was shot in Baton Rouge on May 18, 2013. The man on the hood of the pickup said he was selling shrimp when the driver of this pickup pulled over and picked up the victim’s sign.
The victim then jumped onto the hood of the pickup. The driver drove off, taking the man with him.
The man on the hood of the pickup can be heard asking the driver next to him to call 911 for help.
The driver of the pickup truck drops the man off at the police station.
No one was charged in the incident.
