On Wednesday, a West Virginia rock slide shut down a portion of the northbound lanes of Interstate 77 at mile marker 3.
According to the West Virginia Department of Transportation, the road will remain closed until further notice.
WVDOT has advised northbound travelers to take Exit 1 to US 460 to reenter the I-77 at Exit 9.
