WIT Now Seeking Nominations For Influential Women in Trucking Award
Today, the Women in Trucking Association, in partnership with the Navistar International Corporation, announced they’re seeking candidates of the 2014 Influential Women in Trucking award.
The award recognizes women in the trucking industry who have made a difference or who have influenced the trucking industry in the “corporate, manufacturing, supplier, owner-operator, driver, sales or dealership setting.”
The award was developed two years ago to honor female leaders in the trucking industry and to attract women into the trucking industry.
Nominations will be accepted through Jan. 31. The winner will be announced at the Truckload Carriers Association annual convention in Grapevine, Texas, on March 25.
