The app is FREE and is available for Android and Apple users.

The app allows you to set goals, keep a daily food journal and tracks your success.

The app is beautifully designed and super easy to use.

The My Day screen tells you how many calories you’ve consumed for the day and how many you have left for the day. Tracking your food intake helps you better understand just how much you’re putting into your body, and it helps you to maintain proper portion control.

Tracking your daily food intake with Lose It! is a breeze.  The app includes a handy barcode scanner, so whenever you eat a snack, simply scan the barcode, adjust the serving size, and the app logs what you’ve consumed.  If your food doesn’t have a barcode, no problem, Lose It! is preloaded with of nutrition information on nearly everything you eat, from McDonalds to homemade food!

In addition to tracking your food, the app also allows you to log your exercise.
