A CDLLife reader submitted this white-knuckle video of a near accident yesterday (January 21, 2014).
The truck ahead of our reader jackknifed, blocking both lanes, and then slid off of the road ahead on I-71 North (near Cincinnati).
As the approaching rig drew closer, realizing that only one lane was open it began to change lanes, slid, and started to jackknife after breaking due to having an empty trailer. Fortunately the driver (co-driver to the reader) was able to regain control, and make it past the jackknifed truck!
– That was a close one!
