Celadon stock drops as company acknowledges SEC investigation

Celadon today announced the carrier has been added to “The Indianapolis Star Top Workplaces” list for best places to work in central Indiana.

More than 100 companies participated in the program. Celadon earned the 15th position in the large business category.

Winners were selected based on employee feedback of the workplace, overall workplace satisfaction, values, strategy, communication, career opportunities, workplace atmosphere, pay and benefits.

“Building and maintaining a desirable work environment for associates is something we strive hard to achieve and it’s gratifying to hear directly from our employees that we have accomplished our objective,” said Paul Will, President and CEO. “I am delighted that Celadon has been named to the list again and we will continue our efforts to become an employer of choice in the Indianapolis area.”

More than 600 people are currently employed at the central Indiana terminal.

Celadon Group, Inc.
