According to a press release from the Colorado State Patrol, the agency will step up enforcement operations this weekend for the state’s Zero Fatalities, Zero Tolerance campaign.
During the enforcement campaign, the Colorado State Patrol will be out in full force, to participate in the enforcement period.
“Every uniformed trooper across the state will be required to participate in the enforcement and educational activities this weekend,” the press release states.
The Colorado State Patrol states that during the enforcement, officers will have a “zero tolerance for moving violations,” and that troopers will be on the lookout for dangerous maneuvers that have “been known to cause crashes.”
The enforcement blitz begins Friday at 6:00 p.m. and ends on Monday at 12:00 a.m.
