A 9-inch rainfall is causing flooding in the streets of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Southeastern Nebraska (and much of the Mid-West) got a thorough soaking. Many areas are flooded – especially in Lancaster and Saline counties.
Flash-flooding will remain a concern today, and possibly into the weekend.
