According to the Rock Hill Police Department, a South Carolina ice cream truck driver was assaulted this week with an ice cream fudge bar.
Authorities say that a girl purchased an ice cream for her father who later confronted the ice cream truck driver, April Johnson for not giving her enough change.
Johnson assured the man that she had, in fact, given his daughter correct change. The man then assaulted her with the ice cream fudge bar. Police also say that Johnson was also left with a red mark on her arm.
There was one witness who informed the authorities that the offender was driving a small white truck, and lived in the area. The man has not yet been found, and the case remains open.
It is not known whether or not the man left the scene with the fudge bar.
