This week, Pilot Flying J announced a new competition that celebrates the American truck driver.
Road Warrior is a new contest that is open to drivers in North America who “go the extra mile.”
Anyone can nominate a Road Warrior, and drivers can nominate themselves. Nominees and winners will be featured on the Road Warrior website. Daily Road Warriors will receive a prize package that includes a Road Warrior T-shirt, My Rewards points and other items.
The ultimate Road Warrior will be awarded $10,000!
“Road Warriors are drivers who go the extra mile,” said Anne LeZotte, Pilot Flying J Communications Manager. “We want to recognize the hard work, dedication and determination of professional drivers. This is our way of showing them that we greatly appreciate their efforts and thanking them for all they do for our economy.”

Voting is open and you Road Warriors can be nominated through October 31, 2014.
