According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, a section of the eastbound Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) will be closed from October 31-November 3 while crews prepare the roadway for a widening project.

- Eastbound Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) closed between Country Club Drive and McDowell Road in Mesa from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday (Nov. 3) to allow crews to shift lanes and place temporary barrier wall for a freeway-widening work zone. DETOUR: Please consider using eastbound US 60 (Superstition Freeway) as an alternate route. Traffic exiting Loop 202 at Country Club Drive will be detoured east on McKellips Road.
- Westbound US 60 (Superstition Freeway) narrowed to three lanes between Stapley Drive and Alma School Road in Mesa from 4 a.m. to noon Saturday (Nov. 1) for overhead sign work.DETOUR: Please allow extra travel time and be prepared to merge safely approaching the work zone.
- Northbound Loop 101 (Price Freeway) narrowed to one lane between Baseline Road and Southern Avenue in Tempe from 4 a.m. to noon Sunday (Nov. 2) for overhead sign work.DETOUR: Please allow extra travel time, consider alternate routes and be prepared to slow down and merge safely approaching the work zone.
- Northbound State Route 85 ramp to westbound I-10 in the Buckeye area closed overnight from 6 a.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday (Nov. 2) for bridge work. DETOUR: Please consider using westbound Southern Avenue and northbound Palo Verde Road as detour route while the SR 85 ramp is closed.
