Minnesota- On Monday morning, crews will be working on Interstate 494 between Highway 55 and the Fish Lake Interchange in Plymouth, Minnesota.
MnDOT crews will be adding a third lane to the interstate.
New Jersey- NJDOT crews will begin working on repaving an 11-mile stretch of the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Bergen County, New Jersey.
On Monday night, crews will begin milling and paving the northbound lanes.
According to NJDOT:
The contractor will be allowed to close one travel lane for construction purposes, during off-peak travel hours, in accordance with the following schedule:
Palisades Interstate Parkway, Northbound
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next day
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; and, 8:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Saturday
Saturday: 8:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Monday)
Palisades Interstate Parkway, Southbound
Monday through Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next day
Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Sunday
Sunday: 8:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Monday
Ohio- on Sunday, crews began working on Interstate 71 near the Fields Ertel Interchange.
On Monday, one lane of I-71 north will close 8:00 p.m. and a second lane will close at 11:00 p.m. Drivers should expect various lane closures on Mason-Montgomery and Fields Ertel roads between 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Additionally, the highway all be shut down for a brief period between 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m.
On Tuesday, “One lane will close on I-71 north at 7 p.m. A second lane will close at 10 p.m. There will be various lane closures on both sides of I-71 north throughout the day,” Cincinnati.com reported.
The work will continue through Friday. Expect various lane closures throughout the duration.
