According tot he Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, on Monday, Roadrunner Transportation Systems acquired Little Rock, Arkansas-based carrier Rich Logistics.
The Journal Sentinel reports that the acquisition brought a $113 million carrier into the Roadrunner corporation.
Roadrunner reportedly paid $48 million for Rich Logistics.
