A 17-year-old boy in Harris County, Texas is accused of running over an Anheuser Busch delivery driver after stealing two cases of beer.
The incident occurred on in at 9440 Louetta in Harris County on May 29.
According to Click 2 Houston, the truck driver was inside the store making a delivery, when he reportedly saw the suspect, Connor Koy and two others in the back of the delivery truck stealing the beer, Click 2 Houston reported. The truck driver ran out of the store and toward Koy’s pickup, yelling at him to stop. Â Instead of stopping, Koy allegedly hit the gas and struck the truck driver, sending him flying onto the hood of the pickup.
The truck driver’s leg was injured in the incident.
Koy has been charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
