Three Pilot Flying J Employees Plead Guilty To Fraud

On Monday, three former Pilot Flying J sales employees pleaded guilty for their role in the Pilot Flying J fuel-rebate scheme.

According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, Christopher Andrews and Lexie Holden pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and Brian Mosher, former Pilot Flying J Director of Sales, pleaded guilty to similar charges.

Mosher has allegedly agreed to cooperate with authorities.  As a part of his plea agreement, Mosher admitted to coaching other Pilot Flying J sales employees on how to short their customers’ rebates.

To date, ten Pilot Flying J employees have pleaded guilty.
