The Auto Hauler Training program is a hands-on program located at the NTI campus in Green Cove Springs, FL. The facility was specifically designed for truck and heavy equipment training.  NTI is situated on 350 acres of land and boasts a 1 1/4-mile training track and 8,000 square feet of classroom space.  In addition, the site features backing pads, which are specifically designed to help drivers master backing maneuvers. Accommodations are provided for out-of-state students as part of the tuition for the course.

Recent Auto Hauler Training Institute graduate, Paul Wheat, says the program helped him obtain his dream job.  Wheat, a 14-year trucking freight veteran, was ready for a career change and he wanted to work with specialized freight.

Wheat began the Auto Hauler Training program in June.  By August, he had earned his certification, and had secured a job with Proficient Auto Transport, who reimbursed Wheat for his tuition.

“The Auto Hauler Training Institute prepared me really well.  The program was laid out really well and is a great balance of class work and hands-on work. You learn what you need to know,” Wheat said. “If car hauling is something you want to get into, I highly recommend the Auto Hauler Training Institute.”

Wheat says the program provided him with the opportunity to get into auto hauling and opened many doors for him.  He says investing in the Auto Hauler Training Institute is an investment in yourself.
