TravelCenters of America today announced the opening of its newest Iron Skillet location in Pearsell, Texas.
The 24-hour restaurant is located at the Petro travel center at Interstate 35, Exit 101.
Iron Skillet was voted a driver favorite in the most recent Voted Best driver survey.
The Iron Skillet menu features favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including Hearty Ham Steak Breakfast, Double Bacon Cheeseburger and Chicken Fried Steak. In addition, there are a variety of StayFit® better-for-you meal options ranging from the Veggie Omelette to the Grilled Chicken Breast Dinner, and a fresh salad bar is available every day. The new Petro Pearsall Iron Skillet has 130 seats, including a 36-seat section reserved for professional drivers.
