Truck Accident Survivor Clinging to Life, Family Says He Needs A Miracle

Published:

On September 2, 29- year-old Adam Doiron barely survived after the truck he was riding in smashed into stalled traffic on Interstate 10 in Orange, Texas and left him with severe burns covering 90% of his body.

Now with a 10% chance of survival, Adam is in the hospital fighting for his life. His mother Tracy Doiron is by her son’s side asking for a miracle and reaching out for help.

You can find Adam’s YouCaring account here. This link to the A Miracle For Adam Facebook Page is where you can get updates on Adam’s condition and provide much needed support with words of encouragement. He wants to hear from you!

The brave survivor has already undergone multiple surgeries so far to remove burned skin from his body and another one is scheduled for today.

Adam’s critical condition makes it extremely difficult for him to breathe or even know where he is. With an amazingly strong will to recover, he has already been brought back from death twice by medical professionals and his mom reports that he still tries to get out of bed.

According to police reports, Adam was the front-seat passenger of a truck that was traveling eastbound on Interstate 10 but failed to see the stalled traffic ahead.

The truck hit another vehicle then the concrete divider, causing the truck to catch fire and dislodge the trailer, which fell on the other side of the divider in the west lanes of I-10. The truck then struck another vehicle and became engulfed in flames.

The driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. He was one of Adam’s close friends.

If you’d like to help, please send donations to help offset the cost extremely costly procedures or something to encourage Adam and the family, such as a postcard – they think it would be special to see where all the support is coming from – to the hospital at the address below:
