Truck Driver Dies in Blowout Accident in Oklahoma

A 24-year-old driver lost his life after a tire blowout caused him to lose control of his truck and crash.

The accident occurred Wednesday night on US 412, just outside of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

According to the Sand Springs Leader, Joshua Michael Lundgren was driving a crane truck eastbound on the highway when a tire blew out.  The blowout caused Lundgren to lose control of his truck. The crane truck crossed the median, went across the westbound lanes, hit a tree and rolled.

Lundgren died at the scene.
