According to the Charlotte Observer, a truck driver was struck and killed while he was changing a tire on his trailer.
The accident occurred on late Saturday night on Interstate 77 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver was changing a tire on his trailer when he was struck by another vehicle.
The driver has been identified as Antwan Wilson.
The Charlotte Observer repots that Wilson was partially in the roadway as he was changing the tire. It is unclear whether or not Wilson was using warning arrows to alert on-coming traffic.
The driver who hit Wilson does not face any charges at this time.
