A pickup (that is parked illegally) wants to leave, but he’s blocked in by a car. According to the video’s description, the pickup truck driver was hiking and waited for a long time for the car driver to return.
Finally, the pickup truck driver grew tired of waiting and used his own vehicle to push the car out of his way. He pushed the car into oncoming traffic and left it for others to have to drive around.
