Kevin Carr, 42, was killed in an SUV-Truck crash in September on Interstate 81 near Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
The accident occurred when an SUV driving by Shane Myers, 26, crossed the median and crashed into Carr’s truck.
Carr and Myers died at the scene.
