This video was shot in 2013 by the Mt. Juliet, Tennessee Police Department. The video was captured on an officer’s dash camera. It shows a crash that resulted from a ladder lying in the roadway on Interstate 40 at mile marker 224. Amazingly, only minor injuries were reported.
