Truck driver Franklin was driving on a cold and rain afternoon in Columbus, Ohio. He watched an 8-month pregnant woman lose control of her pickup.
The woman’s pickup went off the road, rolled down an embankment and landed in the water. Franklin got on his CB and called for help.
