According to Darrel, this video was recorded on I-81 northbound. He said you can see drivers slamming on their brakes to avoid an errant tire that had come off of a truck that was heading south on I-81. The tire struck a northbound tanker truck. The tanker driver did a great job keeping control of the truck.
