This footage is from a traffic camera in on the M6 near Birmingham, in the U.K. A truck driver was not paying attention and drove in the closed lanes of the highway.
The driver narrowly missed construction workers.
The second video is of a truck driving on a highway lane that had been closed while officers were attending to a broken-down vehicle.
The truck narrowly avoided hitting traffic officers and the passengers of the broken down car.
