Start at 1:30. The truck turns on his blinker to indicate that he needs to get over, because the lane he’s in is an exit lane. He waits for traffic to pass and attempts to get over.
As he’s changing lanes, a service van stops in front of him. The van driver flips off the truck driver then later cuts off another car.
