The truck driver caused controversy yesterday by posting “Forget sleeping, money talks” on Facebook has been suspended by his company.
Facility Confirms Driver Was In Lakeland Tuesday Morning
Saddle Creek Logistics security personnel confirmed that drive Kerry Cuthbert checked into their facility in Lakeland, Florida at 9:14 a.m. on Tuesday. Security video has also confirmed that he left the guard shack at 11:50 a.m. International Logistics told reporters that Cuthbert was supposed to be in Valdosta, Georgia at this time.
Driver Suspended, But Company Says He Did Not Break Law
Cuthbert was suspended by International Logistics while the company investigated his Facebook claims and driving records. The company says that they stand by their driver and that he did not break any laws.
Cuthbert’s Facebook page has been removed.
