I-10 between Los Angeles and Phoenix has partially reopened after flooding washed out a bridge last weekend.
While this is good news for desert travelers, travel officials warn that drivers should still expect traffic problems. Only one lane of I-10 has reopened in both directions.
The California Department of Transportation warns that drivers should plan for an extra half hour during peak travel times.
