A man who was sleeping under a truck at a Goodwill facility was run over and killed in Boston early this morning.
Police are calling the man’s death a tragic accident. They say that the man was sleeping under the trailer at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries in the Roxbury neighborhood when the truck driver got into the cab and started to drive away.
The truck driver didn’t see the man, according to police. The driver stopped his truck and stayed on the scene.
Police haven’t yet identified the man, but he appears to be in his 50s.
