Maverick USA, Inc. today announced the company has acquired Church Hill, Tennessee-based carrier, Flanary and Sons Trucking, Inc. (FAST).

The acquisition includes a majority of FAST’s assets, including 75 tractors and 175 trailers.

FAST was fonded in 1984 by Curtis Flanary. The company has been a family-owned, privately-owned carrier for more than 30 years.

FAST’s founder, Curtis Flanary, will be retiring, however, other members of the FAST administrative team will remain on staff and will continue to work out of the Church Hill, Tennessee office.

We are very excited to combine our expertise and resources with that of FAST to offer our customers premier specialized glass freight services throughout North America.”
