A naked man sitting on the roof of a car caused major morning commute disruptions on I-95 in West Haven, Connecticut, this morning.
State police were called to southbound I-95 for a medical assist around 8:30 this morning. When they arrived on scene, they found a naked man sitting on his car.
Morning traffic slowed to a crawl as motorists snapped photos of the man as they drove by. Police also shut down part of the highway while they assisted the man.
The naked man was transported to a hospital for evaluation.
