Police Ticket Over 900 Truckers In 5 Days On I-94

Michigan State Police, Indiana State Police, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol say that they ticketed over 900 truck drivers on I-94 during an enforcement blitz designed to reduce crashes involving commercial vehicles.

The enforcement blitz, referred to as “Eyes on 94” took place from December 7 through December 11. It focuses on truck driver behaviors most likely to cause a crash, like speeding, following too closely, and distracted driving.
