This police dash cam video captures the aftermath of a hydraulic fluid spill by a Grand River Dam Authority truck on I-75 in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 7. The slick streets sent vehicles spinning, but no one was seriously hurt in the 12-vehicle pileup.
