The driver in this video was having a stroke. As he swerved back and forth on the roadway, the onlookers thought he was drunk or was distracted, so they whipped out their phones to record– they should have been using their phones to call for help.
Today, people’s first inclination is to record something that doesn’t look right, however, our first inclination should be to check on one another and to help out if something seems wrong.
