The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Ehlen Road and 1st Street when heavy traffic forced the truck to stop on the train tracks. The northbound train hit the trailer of the truck at about 35 m.p.h., spilling the paper pulp.
There were no serious injuries reported to either the truck driver or any of the 43 passengers on the train.
