Four schools in Spokane, Washington, were locked down while police pursued a truck with a Walmart trailer driving erratically in the area.
The incident began before 11 a.m. Police say that they received a 911 call about a “suspicious” man taking packages out of the truck.
When officers arrived on the scene, the man fled in the truck, leading police on a high speed pursuit.
Around 11:15 a.m., it was reported that the truck had crashed and that police were pursuing the driver on foot.
Also around 11:15 a.m. Spokane Public Schools announced that they were on modified lockdown because of an erratic semi driving in the area.
Local news sources have just reported that the suspect has been apprehended.

The school lockdown was lifted after the suspect was captured by police.
