Georgia Trucker Still Missing After His Rig Was Found In Mississippi
Police and family members are searching for answers after locating a missing trucker’s rig at a truck stop but finding no sign of the driver.
Georgia Truck Driver’s Rig Found Empty In Mississippi
According to family members, 36 year old truck driver Tommy Wilson has been missing since May 25.
Police say that they found Wilson’s truck at the Newton Junction Shell in Newton, Mississippi, on Wednesday, but they haven’t been able to locate Wilson himself.
Police Do Not Suspect Foul Play At This Time
Authorities say that they do not suspect foul play. However, on scene reports indicate that one of the windows on Wilson’s truck was broken out.
The Newton Police Department and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation are searching for Wilson.
