CDLLife reader Mike has provided shocking photos of the aftermath of a semi slamming into a home because of reported brake failure.
The crash happened at 4 p.m. on Wednesday on Route 36 in Liberty Township, Ohio.
The truck driver told police that he lost power to his brakes. He left the roadway and slammed into the back of a home.
Luckily, no one was inside the house at the time of the crash.
The homeowners were reportedly remodeling their house before the crash.
The trucker and his girlfriend both survived the crash. The girlfriend was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
It is unclear how fast the truck was traveling at the time of the crash. Police are still investigating the crash.
