A man died this morning after he was shot as he was going into work at the Old Dominion Freight Line facility in Jacksonville, Florida.
One Dead After Shooting At Old Dominion Facility
Police say that that the shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. at the facility on Scotia Road.
The victim reportedly exited his vehicle, then was approached by an unidentified person. This person shot the victim, then drove away in a small white car. Witnesses reported hearing four or five gunshots.
The victim died on the scene.
Shooting Victim Was Service Center Manager
The incident is still under investigation. The identity of the victim has not been released, but the latest reports say that he was the company’s service center manager.
