New Flying J To Open Saturday In Springfield, Missouri

A new Flying J Travel Plaza will open up on Saturday at the I-44 and West Chestnut Expressway interchange in Springfield, Missouri.

Amenities for the new Flying J location will include:

• 9 diesel lanes with high speed pumps
• Wendy’s 
• Cinnabon
• Auntie Anne’s 
• PJ Fresh 

The new travel plaza will employ about 70 workers and will contribute an estimated $2.9 million in tax revenue to the Springfield community.

There will be a grand opening ceremony for the new location at 9:30 a.m. on August 29.

The new Flying J is the 23rd location to open in Missouri.
