Ryder Integrated Logistics has announced that it will be shutting down its Charlotte, North Carolina, facility and laying off 124 workers.
The Charlotte facility will close on August 28, according to a recently filed Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act notice.
The Charlotte facility provides transportation services for the General Motors’ service parts operation.
Just days ago, Ryder announced the opening of a pre-owned truck facility in Calgary.
